## 1.About Solv

Solv, with vNFT ( Versatile NFT, a novel ERC721 enhancement standard ）, will enable diverse programmable financial instruments with sophistication to circulate in the on-chain financial ecosystem. It invented the token standard for Financial NFTs, and is aiming to be the multi-lateral issuing and trading infrastructure for financial papers on-chain.

Solv protocol mainly includes two aspects, one is a financial NFT factory, which is an open, pluggable platform supporting the creation and transaction of various types of vNFT. And another is a vNFT standard ( versatile NFT), which is a new NFT standard designed to accurately, customizably represent diverse financial values and more.

Reference implementation of vNFT standard, together with other contracts, forming infrastructures for Financial NFTs and the next generation of DeFi.

**Factories**

An open, pluggable platform supporting the creation and transformation(e.g. split, merge, partial transfer) of a variety of Financial NFTs.

Open market places for transactions of any kind of Financial NFTs, with multiple transaction models including OTC, Auction, etc.
